It performs plumbing, HVAC and electrical work on high-end custom homes, condominiums, apartment complexes and light commercial projects. The firm has been working for developers, general contractors and property owners for 20 years

As owner and marketing director for Toronto MEP, Lisa provides strategic media planning, negotiates media acquisitions, determines marketing endeavors, oversees design and production and ensures brand integrity. She undertakes Electric Department for Toronto.
Garrett Keller
Director of Plumbing and Co-Founder
Garrett Keller is an owner and responsible for all the plumbing activities at the site. He believes that leak is the biggest threat to the housing and he ensures to eliminate it.

Waterfront Condos at Hayden Ferry Lakeside
Waterfront Candos utilizes high-efficiency gas DX systems for heating and cooling. Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs) pre-condition all incoming ventilation air by capturing energy from exhausted air and transferring it to incoming ventilation air, thereby reducing energy costs. The HVAC system is controlled by a building automation system which conserves energy through efficient scheduling and allows school maintenance staff to monitor the performance of the system.
ENVY with VIP Night Club
A $47 million condominium was completed in Phoneix which included house nightclub and 6,000 apartments. Condos range in price from $300,000 to $1 million located near Earll Drive. Had one of the most complicated HVAC networking but our team made a tremendous effort and accomplished the project before schedule and within budget
Roosevelt Row
The Roosevelt Row apartments, built in 2016, fetched $59 million, or $256,522 per apartment, according to Phoenix-based ABI Multifamily.The process workflow for excellent BIM services was very tricky and few knew how to get it done right. Our team was able to quickly glean the proper data from point clouds, model critical components and deliver the proper file format to the client, all with in-house talent.
